cigarette smell no privacy
i was honestly let down. the room wasn't very clean. a cigarette smell was impossible to get rid of, even after i asked for a non-smoking room. the bathroom had sliding doors that didn't close completely, so there was no privacy. i also think the price was way too high.

efficient process taxi availability supermarket
the check-in process was efficient. i liked the availability of taxis right outside the hotel entrance. the supermarket nearby was also convenient for grabbing quick necessities.
the breakfast area felt very dirty , unpleasant.

the comfort single room had comfy beds and a good size. i also appreciated the super clean cleaning service provided by the housekeeping staff who kept the room very neat.

Acceptable, but with issues
unhelpful staff poolside bar
The hotel's location was quite convenient. It was a short drive from the airport.
The reception staff seemed unhelpful. They did not go out of their way to assist guests. Finding staff during the day proved difficult. The pool lacked a poolside bar, a feature I missed. The room overlooked the dining area and suffered from noise late at night AND in the morning.
